1. Who we are

Qist is developing a Sharia-conscious fintech service for UK businesses that pay overseas suppliers. The Qist name and brand are provisional while company, regulatory, and trademark work is completed.

These terms apply to your use of this website, our waitlist, our calculator, our corridor guides, and any research or early-access conversations we run before launch.

2. Website, research, and early access only

The public website is for information, business research, and early-access registration. It does not currently provide a live payment account, money remittance service, foreign exchange contract, credit product, investment, legal advice, tax advice, or Sharia ruling.

If Qist launches a regulated payment product, that product will be subject to separate customer terms, onboarding checks, pricing disclosures, compliance requirements, and any regulatory notices we provide at that time.

3. Eligibility

The website is intended for UK business users, including owners, directors, finance teams, and authorised representatives researching overseas supplier payments.

You must not use the website or join the waitlist on behalf of a business unless you have permission to share that business information with us.

4. Calculator and corridor information

The calculator, savings examples, settlement timing, exchange-rate references, and corridor guides are illustrative. They are designed to help businesses understand the kind of costs and delays that may arise when paying overseas suppliers.

Actual pricing, availability, settlement time, payout currency, compliance checks, and payment routes may vary by business, supplier, amount, country, banking partner, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

5. Waitlist and research participation

When you join the waitlist or speak to us for research, we may use the information you provide to understand your payment needs, assess corridor demand, contact you about early access, and improve the product.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, a payment route, onboarding approval, or any service availability.

6. Compliance and acceptable use

Qist is being built for legitimate business supplier payments. You must not use the website, waitlist, or any future Qist service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, prohibited goods, misleading activity, or any unlawful purpose.

Any future payment service may require identity, KYB, sanctions, fraud, source-of-funds, supplier, and transaction checks. We may refuse or pause onboarding, research participation, or service access where appropriate.

7. No reliance on website content

Website content is provided for general information. You should not rely on it as financial, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or religious advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether Qist is suitable for your business and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

8. Intellectual property

The website, brand materials, copy, layouts, designs, calculator interface, logos, and other content belong to Qist or its licensors. You may view and share public pages for ordinary business evaluation, but you must not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse our materials.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website, calculator, waitlist, research process, corridors, pricing examples, or these terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not responsible for business losses arising from reliance on illustrative content, unavailable corridors, delayed launch timing, or third-party systems.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you another right.
